FMAVCR01: consumable amount affected by RIBS

Hello,

During the RIBS process from fund X (Revenue) to Y (Expenditure), I face following issue for Fund X in FMAVCR01 (Overview of Annual Values) report:

• First, I do not know why the consumable amount is affected by the RIBS process. I think it should not as the RIBS processes are related to the payment itself and not a budget transfer.

• Second, those RIBS lines appear with + sign even if inside the document the line that affects the fund has - as Sign for Line.
