Thank you very much for your advises.

The issue got resolved. I have used the below logic

Function Module : FMDT_READ_MD_WBS_ELEMENT

Source = POSID (WBS element)

Target = POSIK = Field as "MEASURE" (Funded Program)

Here, POSIK storing value as POSID with "."

Now i am able to derive any digit WBS as Funded Program.
