The data related to new position requests entered on the 'Positions' tab of a budget form are stored in the 'Budget Form Positions' Cube in BW (technical name = /PBFBI/HRPJ_R01).
And with PBF and SBP, SAP includes a multiprovider called the 'Multiprovider for Projection Cubes' that includes the Budget Form Positions Cube. So, you can create a query/report directly on the cube or on the multiprovider.
With respect to the reporting itself, there are variety of approaches depending on the reporting tools available.
Please share more about your reporting approach for PEP projections of existing positions as you may want the report for requests of 'new' positions to have some consistency with reporting for existing positions.
