Budget Structure No Posting Object Defined

OCPS is on Former Budgeting and an end user has inadvertently defined a Commitment Item as a Posting Object somewhere in our Budget Structure Hierarchy.  Is there a way to determine which combination of Fund, Funds Center, and Commitment item has been defined as a posting object?  The result is that users are getting Funds Management Error message: No Posting Object Defined for
